A quick word about the thumbs. To earn a 'Thumbs Up' rating a recipe must fit one of these criteria: be delicious, be good enough that I will make it again, or would apparently have fit into one of the first two categories if a person liked the ingredients. Any recipe with the letters-NAM-are listed in her book but not masters.
